[Asch is just heading home with some supplies for dinner when he very nearly trips over her; an angry, snapping comment about stupid dogs sleeping on the road is just barely at his lips before the insult dies, and he really gets a good at her. He knows that dog. Wolf. Whatever. The markings are unmistakable.

Swallowing hard, he crouches down beside her and sets the groceries aside, brows furrowing.]

[Of course she knows who that is - she knew before he even decided to gracefully near-trip over her. Thus, her tail starts to thump lightly on the ground when he almost insults her, and as he kneels down and calls her name.

[Sup mutt. Asch's brows lift, but he doesn't comment right away, reaching out to give her head a scratch. She's wagging her tail so he's assuming that she's not going to bite him or anything.]

[Ammy is the master at giving a neutral face, and thus she uses it, though it's ruined by the tail wagging a little at the sight and smell of him. Her eyes narrow, and she leans her head forward a bit - what about you? You walk right past her after all this time?

But then she bumps her nose against his hand, and her eyes widen back to their neutral state. Yeah, she's pretty happy to see you too, Yuri.]

[Miyabi had just been heading out the door of her little house - going to forage the forest for berries, nuts, and seeds - but she does not expect a to be stopped by a wall of white. ...Or really to crash right into it.]

[Okay, at least it was soft...so snow isn't what it was. She picks her way through the furry mass, climbing up and over then--...she knows those two pointy ears. [Now... Here's someone she knows will be thrilled to see her. Once she feels Miyabi get near enough to look down at her face, Ammy opens her eyes to look at her. Hey there, little poncle. Recognize those eyes? She recognizes yours, and that much can be said by the slight widening of her own as well as the gentle thumping of her tail.]

[Oh, yes, those eyes are certainly very familiar. Those eyes hold the warmth and gentleness of a mother, and the strength and wisdom of one who's lived through ages. Those are the eyes of a goddess.

Miyabi's heart soars, and she lets out a squeal of delight, flopping on her belly to hug Ammy's head tightly, snuggling her face into her fur. It's you, it's really you! She laughs, happy tears dissolving into the soft, white fur.]
