Miku rushed in late, as she'd told Greg she was going to be. Errands kept her from being at the party when it started, but she managed to make it close to the start of it, at the least. She'd left her gift to Haku in the capable hands of her big brother, and she now came in with another rather large box; one that contained a cake. Another cake. Yep. There would be plenty of cake tonight.

She had even dressed for the occasion.

Now that she was here and had set the extra cake on the table, though, she was looking around for her sister.

Haku, prepare for a glomp.

And glomped she is! Because some how she never sees those coming.

"Erf! ... ah! Miku-nee! I was wondering where you were!" Haku said after realizing who was latched on to her. She turned and gave her older sister a hug.

Gilder had, likewise, arrived for the party. He'd brought his own gift, a jeweled drinking stein he'd taken from the stores of a corrupt merchant out of Nasr. He'd never found a use for the thing, nor had he found any self-respecting merchant willing to buy the thing off of him. It was, admittedly, a little over-decorated... But it was valuable, covered in precious stones. He suspected that Haku would probably look at him as if to say "What am I going to do with this?"

But it was a good gift, and it reminded him of her.

With his gift on the table, he'd set himself to the task of checking out the guests. So many of these women would be off limits for whatever reason... It just meant he'd have to be on his game.

Muchomon was busy trying to pass himself off as a coat check... Anything to earn a few extra BITS, it seemed.
