Before the chain had been thrown, Rei had managed to swipe at Daniel's face, actually catching his cheek with her nails and wounding him rather badly. Blood dripped down his cheek, but he still refused to fight back against her

"Aw man." The Tailmon moaned as she felt her grip slip, "Well it was fun while it lasted.
The other cats however were not satisfied and began booing, hissing and throwing bottles, bricks, cans, pipe and anything else they could get their paws on at the duo.

Rei felt a bottle clonk her in the head, but it wasn't hard enough to deter the fact that her anger was rising. With Hargurumon out for the count, her energy did something odd - manifesting as a dark red digisoul around the fist still clutching the chain. Snarling, arms trembling, she turned around and hurled the chain, digisoul-charged, at the Tailmon that had forced her to fight her friend.

Rei's anger was only focused on the offending Tailmon, and without thinking, completely raging, she leaped at the digimon, slamming her digisoul charged fists in to her face.
Daniel couldn't stop her, his broken arm preventing him from even grabbing at her while he held it against his chest.
"Rei, we need to GO! NOW!" he screamed at her, knowing good and well that she wasn't even paying attention to the fact that the other cats were still around.

The Tailmon tried in vain to entrance Rei again but was thrown off her attack by the brutality of the hits.
Lucky for her her clanmates were moving in and without a word the Leomon drew out his blade and threw it to the Tailmon who caught it and stabbed desperately at Rei.

Rei didn't even have a chance to move out of the way. The first stan caught her deeply in the arm, causing her to scream out and reel back, and the next stab went right in to her chest just above her heart. Blood rushed from the wounds and her digisoul faded as she stumbled back, caught only by Daniel who had to resist yelling at the pain that flared in his broken arm

Haku didn't hold back this time. When Oni had suggested that the Bloodclan might have been up to something again, she'd made the choice that it was time to quit taking it easy on them. They were far from innocent, and more people were going to get hurt, just like Warrick had...
Letting EVE go first, the white haired Vocaloid waded in to the scene, slashing her massive scythe through several digimon before coming to a stop next to her robotic partner.
"That's enough!" she barked, voice amplified by her own internal speaker system. "Let them go, or EVE gets to have more target practice!"

The group scattered with wails of protest and hissing, some of them running others turning to face Haku and EVE glaring defiantly.
EVE cocked her weapon once more and pointed at the ground in front of the remaining members of Bloodclan blasting a crater in the earth as deep and round as a backyard swimming pool.

Haku let out a pent up breath, giving EVE a nervous grin before returning her scythe to her D-Reader and heading over to the injured pair. The girl looked terrible, pale and shaking and barely awake, with blood staining most of her front at this point. The man was a little better off, but one arm was burned slightly while the other was starting to swell up from a break. His vitals read better than the girl's though, so Haku instantly took out her first aid kit and started tending to her

"'Ilio wahine!"

Desperately the creature clawed at the chain trying to pull herself free but it was wrapped tightly.
This did not stem the flow so much as the shock of Reiko lashing out slowed the barrage for a moment.

"Say goodnight you little bi-"
A beam of blue light shot from the sky slammed into the Tailmon sending her crashing into the group once more.
As if descending from the heavens a little white robot with a new red and blue flashing siren attachment came and pointed it's laser arm at Bloodclan.
"NO!" She spoke in the tone one would use to chastise a dog that was about to piddle on the rug.

When the dust settled the cats had scattered.
