Zero reacted fast, darting upwards as Raging Heart was pointed in their direction, but as soon as the energy beam was redirected, Taichi was nudging him to come back to Nanoha.

"Put it away," he urged her. "You don't need to have that out."

Nanoha trembled a bit. "Taichi... I..."

Raging Heart vanished, her eyes returning to their normal blue instead of the altered yellow... and was soon followed by her barrier jacket as she latched onto the boy and starting crying. "I'm... oh... god... I'm so sorry..."

Nanoha smiled. "Good job..." she murmured, and glanced down at Raising Heart's Excelion Mode. "It's a good thing I didn't have to.. use this, after all..."

Then, she started to literally DROP out of the sky.

The impact alone of the other Nanoha's attacks prior had left much more an impact on her body than she was then willing to admit. That wound from the past... she was realizing it was a lot sooner to the time she'd been transported to than she had thought...

"NANOHA!" Leppamon shouted, starting to run across the ground to where she thought her Tamer would land.

Alicia's attention was wrenched away from the younger Nanoha, abruptly, as the other one began dropping like a rock.

"MISS NANOHA!" she exclaimed, and shot off like a bolt of lightning for her. And, well, she managed to catch her with fairly minimal effort... She found herself somewhat SURPRISED, at the same time, at her own speed. "Miss Nanoha! Are you okay??"

Nanoha gave a light and pained laugh, smiling at Alicia.

"I'm... fine, Alicia-chan," she said, and looked over at the other Nanoha and Taichi. "Much better, in fact, now..."

"... well, that ended quietly. Thank god."

Agito looked about. "I'll go... take care of the response, I guess?" she said, starting to hover away.

As Taichi wrapped his arms around Nanoha, Zero landed, before gingerly trying to victory dance without jostling the pair too much.

This may have failed slightly.

"Hey, hey, settle down!" Taichi exclaimed.

Though he spared a glance for his Commander at Leppamon's shout, he relaxed when Alicia caught her. She was okay. And now, finally, the younger Nanoha was okay.

There would be time for victory dancing later.

Nanoha just kept hugging Taichi, sobbing a bit even as his partner rocked them around.

Galan smiled, watching as Nanoha finally broke free from Scagletti's control.

But even with Nanoha back to normal, that didn't change the fact that Scagletti was still around. And it was obvious that he would probably try to go after Nanoha again.

Alicia set down on the ground gently, looking a bit worriedly at the "older" Nanoha, still. "Miss Nanoha, are you sure...?"

Nanoha nodded, as Leppamon made her way over. Nanoha put an arm around her partner to support herself, smiling a bit.

"Of course. As I said, I'll be fine..."

Like Galan, though, Nanoha's thoughts rested on Scagletti. That man was still out there... And the other Nanoha, nor Alicia, would be safe while he still was...

"Go ahead."

Alicia blinked, and nodded, running over to where Taichi and the younger Nanoha were. "Um... Nanoha?" she spoke up, nervously.

Nanoha smiled, hugging Taichi a little tighter before pulling away. "Alicia-chan... I'm so sorry..."

Zero eased downwards to allow the kids to get off his back, and Taichi offered Nanoha a hand down. He was already starting to think: Not only did he have to support Nanoha as she worked through the impact of this, but she might still be in danger... He'd have to do a better job of protecting her this time.
