"Y'know, I always pegged ya a bit smarter than all that," said a voice from across the street. "Though, guess you can't be TOO bright if you hang around that blue-furred joker..."
"Smarter than all what? You've got a quick means to escape, with that teleporter all of you seem to have, and several allies. You have, by that means, a way to get to me wherever I go." She smirked. "So what would I rather do? Get attacked in my lonely office, or in a street brimming with eyewitnesses?"
She swept her hair over her shoulder.
"I think I know what you want by now, Scourge. Want to skip the petty introductions and get to it?"
Scourge pushed his sunglasses up on his nose. "Heh. Feisty. I like that, at least."
Without even waiting for much more of a prompt, BlackTerriermon jumped off the hedgehog's shoulders, gliding up above Sally & PawnChessmon, before unleashing a flurry of little fireballs from his mouth. "BLAZING FIRE!"
PawnChessmon responded in kind, holding up her shield to block the attacks. Not one to just stand around, Sally used her D-Reader's shield, not moving an inch.

"You really think I wasn't expecting that?"
