From somewhere in the shadows of the somber club a voice called back in tune,

"i see your profile..."

Surprised, Haku looked up from the piano, but something compelled her to continue.

"I didn't notice my tears were overflowing..."

In the shadows an orange glow, that of a cigarette gave away the position of who had sung.

"sliding down my cheek..."

And gently plucking the smoke from his lips snubbing it out in an ashtray...Onizuka stepped into the light looking up at Haku on stage.

Slowly, Haku moved from the piano to step down from the stage, though the song continued, as did her words. Her heart was a picture of pain and elation, but her uncertainty showed on her face.
