When Kat got it in her mind to do something, she certainly didn't do it half-assed. The stand that she'd prepared was positively bursting with both colorful decorations and display cases with the wares that she and Harry had prepared. She'd put the baked goods at the front of the kiosk, for everyone to see. There were cookies of all sorts, muffins, cupcakes, chocolate-chip cookie and marshmallow cream sandwiches, and even some fortune cookies ( ... )

Kat arched her eyebrow curiously. "A superheroine?" she asked. "Justice Babes? Is that a team where you're from?"

She was giving that costume a second look, and pointedly ignoring the comment about the bustline. Really, she got enough comments of that nature when she was flying around in spandex...

Leormon smiled a little wider and sat back, relaxed. "Well, a better landing so that you don't knock a bag over next time," he said. "I was merely noticing that it didn't look very clean."

Faith blinked for a moment before asking. "Are there superhero teams in your world? Mine are just characters of fiction and no I was just joking about the whole Justice Babes. There's a Justice League though."

"Oh yeah, lots of them," she said. "I've had my own butt saved by a couple once or twice. It's kind of a pity, though... Nobody else I've met seems to come from a world where there are Supers."

She leaned forward on the counter, resting on her elbows. "Justice League, huh? That's a pretty good name... Anyway, can I interest you in a cookie, or muffin, or something else?" she asked, smiling.

"I'll take some cookies," Faith said simply. "And I'll pay in BITs."

"Well its not like you have a cash flow problem after winning second at the beauty pageant," Tsukaimon chirped.

"Tsukaimon!" Faith snapped, eyes narrowed. Just because she was a bit freer here than back home didn't mean she want to broadcast to everyone she had been IN a beauty pagent.

"What? It's the truth," Tsukaimon stated. "Besides why did you pick to be a superhero. You're already one."

"I'm a Slayer. I'm a magically chosen girl that kills monsters, that heals faster than normal humans and can bench press and kick but much better than any normal person could. I may have super'powers' but I am no superhero," Faith said firmly.

"Well then why are you dressing up as one?" Tsukaimon asked, getting right to the point.

"... just because its something I'd never do at home," Faith replied simply.

"I think you'd enjoy it even more if you had a group of supers with you," Tsukaimon chirped.

Faith rolled her eyes. "As if anyone is going to dress up as a super."

Kat laughed quietly to herself as she listened to the tamer and digimon speaking. "You took second? That's pretty impressive," she said, straightening up as she started to take out several cookies with a pair of tongs. "But it sounds to me like you've got more than enough of the talents that make up a super. I'm sure M.A.G.I. or E.L.I.T.E. wouldn't turn you down, depending on where those powers come from."

She smiled as she put the cookies on a paper plate and set them down in front of her. "I can't say dressing up like a Super doesn't have some appeal. I've been thinking about costumes myself, but I can't really pull off the look of any of the popular heroes from my world..."

"It's something I was just born with and got activated when I was seventeen," Faith stated. She thought about what she was hearing as far as this girl offering to do and the idea of gathering up a group of 'Justice Babes' might not be a bad idea. She also realized what this stand was. "Hell if you do magic you could probably pull off a Zatanna."

She arched her eyebrow curiously as she listened to Faith. "Zatanna, a mage I take it?" she asked curiously. "That might work... I don't suppose you've got any pictures of this woman?"

She liked the idea of going as another heroine, especially if she could pull it off... she just hoped that this woman didn't do the whole spandex outfit schtick that so many others did.

"Actually..." Faith went back to the costume bag and pulled put a book. It's title happened to be 'Justice League Classified'. "Came with the costume... don't ask," she shrugged as she flipped through and found the stage magician. "That's her."

Kat took the book from Faith and gave the panels a curious look. "That's... that's not bad, actually," she said appraisingly, studying the pages. "Mind if I keep this? I think I could pull off that look... It does give me ideas, certainly."

"Feel free to," Faith said, gathering her stuff and paying for the cookies. "We should definitely get in touch then before the ball. I'm Faith. Faith Lehane." She said holding her hand out.

"Call me Kat," she said, smiling and shaking Faith's hand. "No last name, magic's weird that way. I hope that you enjoy the cookies! I'll be here all week."
