The plumber came and he's (allegedly) fixed the leak. The issue? They had a new bathroom put in and the drainage pipe/metal sieve thingy going from the bathtub wasn't secured to it properly so water was leaking down the sides

FINALLY!! I'm crossing my fingers that this fixes your problem. Are they (the landlord) going to do anything about the mold in your house?

It can't be touched for a couple of months as it needs to dry. But I will be sending him the bill. Such a simple solution, yet he was doing everything to not do anything *sigh*

I've already got over £2K worth of bills coming this month. I'm refusing to pay anything towards this. If he wants to start playing dirty I have a lawyer waiting for him :)
