Huzzah!
The plumber came and he's (allegedly) fixed the leak. The issue? They had a new bathroom put in and the drainage pipe/metal sieve thingy going from the bathtub wasn't secured to it properly so water was leaking down the sides.
My fault my arse.
The tennant came to apologise to me afterwards and told me he's not sure why the landlord took so long as usually he's pretty good. I'm still sending him my bill.
