[Open/Incomplete] Bakery on Jan 3

Ohno dragged his feet in at 7:00am, saying hello to his employees who got their way earlier than he did.  After a round of looking at the current display of goods in the front, Ohno grabbed some coffee.

Shige hates waking up to nothing in the morning but after his daily stop at Ohno's shop for some breakfast and coffee, he was always good to go. He pushed the left door open, allowing the tiny bell ring announcing his arrival.

"Ah, Kato-san. Ohayo gozaimasu!" a female worker called out as she rearranged the cakes.

"Ohayo gozaimasu, Yuki-san." Shige gently placed his briefcase between his feet at the register. "Is Ohno-kun in yet?"

She nodded as she poured some coffee into a to go cup. "He's in the back. Do you want your usual?"

Shige grinned. "You know me too well. Black coffee and green bean paste bread onegaishimasu."

Ohno walked out of the kitchen with another fresh pan of bread when he saw Shige. "Shige! Ohayo gozaimasu!"

Ohno grabbed Shige's usual bread while Shige told him about his new case about some rowdy mutants.

"I need to know what most of these mutant's powers are but I have no book on anything of this." Shige thought about what he just said and threw his hands up in the air. "I highly doubt there is a book about all of this."

Ohno crocked his head to the left side as Shige tested his coffee. Just when the lawyer burnt his tongue, Ohno pointed at the front door.

"Right across from this street is an Occult bookstore. I'm pretty sure that they might have something."

The Ash hadn’t let up from the other day, much to Sho’s annoyance, bundled in a jacket with a hood and a mask to protect his face. He’d forgotten to check the weather that morning before heading off to work and had gotten to the lobby, saw the weather and had to rush back up the stairs to get his things.

It put him a little bit behind schedule, but not by much.

There was always time for a quick stop off to his favourite bakery!

It was almost 8 in the morning when Sho finally found himself in front of the shop, taking a step inside, the hood and mask he’d been wearing were pulled off just for the moment. Taking a deep inhale, enjoying the aroma of coffee and sweet treats. His stomach was starting to growl impatiently.

Ohno heard the bell ring and looked up from talking to some old ladies in the corner. He waved at Sho and walked towards him.

"Good morning Sho-kun. Your usual?"

"Good morning, Ohno-san! Yes, please!" Bowing at the greeting, Sho shuffled over towards the front, eyes giving a long sweep of the display case. Everything, as usual, looked amazing. He pointed over to some sweets on the bottom shelf, "I'll take a few of these as well. Need something sweet to get me through the rest of the day! Besides all the coffee."

Ohno nodded as he grabbed the sweets at the bottom shelf. "Long day coming up at the hotel?"
