well, south america does have a history of fascism....mainly financed by western 'aid' but yes english is an ugly language

the english language is a tool. it can be used in beautiful as well as ugly ways.
seems she didn't want to listen to you, just express her anger at various things. a country comfortable with itself doesn't need to express its loathing for others. that's an ugly use of language.
