[ he makes a motion with his hand, tired of having to explain himself so many times already. ]

[Tidus' face starts to fall a little - then gets back together, looking more serious than Cloud's usually seen him.]

You were there when I said it, when we defended Firion. This place does stuff to people's memory - it must've done something to you.

[ he grips the crystal tightly and forces himself to look away, not willing to face it. ]

[she knows this must be hard for him but she smiles, not wanting to make things more depressing]

I know, I'm just as surprised as you are! I tried looking for you when I arrived here but we couldn't find you.

[ he purses his lips, unable to complete his sentence and just settling for a weak nod of his head. ]

Ammy barks at the crystal, willing him to come back. Kid, she wants to see you and your pretty hair.]

[...a...dog? he raises an eyebrow when he hears the bark and turns the crystal back on, staring at Ammy with a curious expression on his face. ]

[Stares openly at his hair. It looks like Moegami's tail, but yellow.]

...huh.

[ maybe she's less dog, more wolf, but from his current view it's hard to say for certain. he's always had an affinity for animals so he keeps the connection on, more or less speaking to himself since he doesn't really expect her to understand him. ]

...what are you doing in a place like this?

[HEY CLOUD, IT'S YOUR FAVORITE PERSON EVER.] Oh dear, does this mean that the gang is all here?

...Rufus?

[ he's not exactly screaming in surprise at the familiar voice but there's no way he could confuse him for someone else. cloud wasn't even sure if rufus had survived the attack from WEAPON last he could remember, and hearing his voice in a place like this is a bit startling. ]
