She wasn't sure what the numbers meant, but there were assumptions. River had mentioned Transport in relation to Serenity which was often a phrase she would hear Cid and Barret mention. Serenity must have been a vehicle of some sort. A large one if it took 18 people (she assumes that's what the numbers meant). And now there are only... ] No one's blaming you, River.
