[Seated in the Quad this afternoon is one (1) considerably-calmer-and-much-more-sober-than-you-last-saw-him Dave Stutler. He's sitting on the grass, directly in front of a small patch of sprouting flowers, sketchpad and colored pencils in his lap. What he's trying to do is draw, but what he's mostly doing is feeling guilty for a number of things.

Now, naive Jane might be - but stupid she is most certainly not. She's quite observant when she wants to be and while thoroughly unschooled in the ways of boys she does, however, know a send off when she sees one and no lady takes kindly to that.
However, Jane is the type to grant many, many chances - she's a forgiving sort and dislikes being at odds with those she cares about.
Besides, he'd bribed her with art, and was requesting help. Jane can hardly say no to a student.
She's donned a lightweight yellow dress - something practical, of course - sturdy enough to ward off the lingering chill in the air but light enough as to not be terribly hot. Tablet under her arm, she heads outside, in search of Dave.]
