07 ♥ Video; OTA

[When the feed flickers on this time, it's a rare moment of shown emotion on Xehanort's behalf. He seems a subtle sort of excited, and he's bending over in such a way as to block the video feed from the rest of his room. Once he's sure it's transmitting correctly, he nods and sits back just slightly--still blocking most of his room from view.]

[I'm sorry but, did he just say he created life? And why does he look completely serious about it as well?

On the plus side, this will get a few teachers off his back for setting things on fire. Pretty sure creating life, no matter what the means, is on grounds for a little controversy.]

Aren't you a bit young to be a parent?

I am hardly a parent to them. Creator, perhaps. But not their parent.

[I'm sorry. Axel now wants to meet these kids and teach them to call Xehanort 'mom' for the rest of his life.]

You're showing them off like a proud mother would.

Hardly. I am simply displaying the products of my experiments.

... now that is interesting.

I thank you. It seems someone at least appreciates my efforts.

Oh, I do. I do.

What did you create them from?

I simply replicated and modified human DNA until I managed what you see before you. Past samples from my own experiments conducted elsewhere. Waste not, want not, after all.

HEY. WHAT YOU DID IS ILLEGAL IN 40 STATES. >:X tiatiatiatiatia March 12 2011, 05:55:54 UTC
...

They're so cute, Terrah! [Yes. Lottie just fails on multiple levels. You get used to it.]

BUT IS IT ILLEGAL IN THIS STATE? turntodarkness March 12 2011, 05:59:25 UTC
[...Wat.]

...I am not Terra. I am Ansem. Terra is my brother.

I DONT EVEN KNOW. tiatiatiatiatia March 12 2011, 06:10:51 UTC
...You have a twin? Does he know 'bout your kids? What 'bout Aqua? Can she tell th'two of you apart? Does she know 'bout this?

Hi kids!

Do you need a babysittah? Because I can do that, I know how; I'm already a mothah. Speakin' of which, if you jus' made them, you don't know th'firs' thing 'bout bein' a fathah, do you? I should jus' come ovah and give you a few pointahs.

[Just. Facepalm.]

Yes, I have a twin. No, he does not. Neither does she. Yes, she can tell us apart.

They are not my children. I do not need a baby-sitter. I do not need your "pointers." I should logically be able to care for my own creations.

[.....She can only stare at Xehanort and his creations as he called them. Aqua's really torn between yelling at him ...and throwing him out. Who did he think he was playing God?]

...You made children..

[Not a question but a statement...

How is going to provide for them? How is he going to treat them?

....This cannot go well for anyone.]

Indeed I have.

For what purpose? [Sorry she doesn't see you making children to start a family so soon.]

For now, to grow and learn.

I'm pretty sure cloning is very illegal.

Reply

turntodarkness March 12 2011, 06:54:33 UTC
Is it truly cloning when the DNA is modified to be unique to the individual? I simply used samples for a starting point.

[Loopholes. He has them.]

Isn't genetic engineering illegal too?

turntodarkness March 12 2011, 07:20:24 UTC
I believe that depends on what is done with it. Creating humans from scratch is done every day.
