He seems a subtle sort of excited, and he's bending over in such a way as to block the video feed from the rest of his room. Once he's sure it's transmitting correctly, he nods and sits back just slightly--still blocking most of his room from view.]

What did you create them from?

I simply replicated and modified human DNA until I managed what you see before you. Past samples from my own experiments conducted elsewhere. Waste not, want not, after all.

Will they last long, or will they decompose faster then normal humans?

All indicators say that they will live a normal human lifespan. I preserve my samples well.

If all goes well, they should have their own abilities. However, they only recently awakened. It will be some time before they exhibit anything.

How long did they take to create?

It took quite a bit of studying the DNA structures. I've been working on it since soon after the Mist receded. However, it took nearly two weeks to cultivate them properly.
