The more I listen to Miley Cyrus' newest single "We Can't Stop" and the more I watch the video, the more I like them. I've been a huge fan of radio pop for over a decade (marked by the release of Justin Timberlake's Justified and my discovery of music ratings communities), so I'm not sure whether or not my opinions there are particularly useful

If girls going crazy or girls gone wild is more newsworthy than boys going crazy or boys gone wild, it's because people tune in to that, it sells supermarket magazines, it gets clicks, it gets people tweeting. Or updating el jay, as th case may be. In other words, you're part of th industry. As soon as famous girls going wild is boring, these sorts of conversations will recede. But until then, throw my comment on th kindling pile

Christopher Nolan movies sell, and I critique them; I'm not sure what point you're making, that journalists have no choice but to play into these stereotypes?
