So, I'm a bit worried about Jack. I know that his history presents problems for developmental delays (he was 3 months old when the adoption center took him into custody, and 8.5 months old when I adopted him. You may want to look into Early Intervention programs in your area. My sister is a services coordinator for a state EI program if you've got any specific questions.

Yeah, I know I was walking a fine line with tastefulness, since some people seriously do have children that need extra help, and they may not find it funny.

But I mentioned that he was running at 8 months. Maybe I should have been less subtle and mentioned his 4 foot vertical leap.
