Who: Seifer, opeeeen Where: Dissimulo→Prison Camp BEST PLACE TO BE When: Today I guess Rating: PG-13 Summary: Seifer has a lot on his mind and the prison camp is obviously the best place to think about it the Log: ( It's complicated )
He's a little surprised to see Michelangelo, but not much. Not much is surprising in this world anymore, much less does the turtle se the sort to sit around.

It seemed like everyone had a lot on their minds lately. At least Japan had found a bit of comfort in calling Marco to chat when he felt so inclined, but recently that had become... Well. Marco would be on his way here. And he should sort some things out on his own, right?
He had been wondering about the prison camp for quite some time. Hearing a few things, missing a lot of details-- it seemed odd. So he had been planning on stepping inside on his own. But that strange feeling had caught him just outside, which is why he was just standing there, arms crossed and staring at the building as Seifer came down the road. This was silly, Discedo always played this game-- or maybe Fortuna as a whole...
He turned at the footsteps and blinked, moving to bow. "Ah... Seifer? Visiting again?"
Wow I totally thought he did ask, go me, but apparently he has skated around the topic and been indirect like a graceful ice skater. Yup. Okay anyway.
"Didn't Seifer come here with Hattori-san?" That's what he had been assuming all along apparently anyway, the ass. GOD JAPAN ASK THINGS. He looks back to the camp.
"I was a bit curious. This is the only place I have yet to see..."
Anya chose not to answer his question. Her presence ought to be answer enough, and him haring off to a potentially dangerous installation motivation enough for her.

"In my world."
He points up at the sky where the moons are vaguely visible through the blue of day.
"There's a phenomenon where monsters rain down from the moon. It's called the Lunar Cry. When they come... entire nations can be destroyed."
There's a bit of a laugh. Nations? How about continents? World orders? Every political system in his way.
"This place is a joke."
Shoving his hands in his pockets though he continues on towards the prison camp.
"If you want a look it's quite a sight. Just don't expect the locals to be friendly."
Such a smirk. The ghosts were oh so kind...

"Depends on your definition. But sure: why not. Surprised to see you here though. What's up?"

"Your funeral."

And unarmed, to boot. Fortunately, Anya had come armed for two: sword on one hip and a handgun on the other.
She wasn't sure why he'd decided to come here, but that was less relevant than making sure he stayed alive.

Needless to say he was more than a little amused. Serious business today Anya?
"I'm going to the prison camp. Ain't much of anything."

But no, she didn't want him to die.
"Any particular reason?" she asked.
