Jake was just on his way out as Ty Lee arrived-- a few moments later and they would have missed each other. As it was, the cowboy was more interested in finding his brother than standing around for a chat.

"I got to go," He insisted as he attempted to slide past the young woman. "Neil's here somewhere, but I lost the connection with him. Technology never does what I need it to do."

He was already halfway down the hall as he continued. "I don't think he's in the city-- it didn't sound like he was near any buildings, so that means he's got to be somewhere outside the limits, with all the monsters..."

Mia taps the smoothed staff she's taken to using to defend herself against her shoulder as she approaches the strange party. Well, she's seen stranger things since her arrival.

"Where are we starting?"
