I COMPLETELY agree with EVERYTHING you just said! I''m VERY excited with this new Derek that we are seeing. Meredith has had her fair share of messed up moments where he was the one to drag her back out of it, it's about damn time he get all messed up!
As much as I want him to feel better... a part of me wants this side to last a little bit longer.
