A/N: I intend to write a part 3.5 for what Spock and Uhura got up to during the night, but for now we have pancakes, yoga and the sensual drying of cutlery.

I may or may not have cackled out loud at the reference to Janice's hair. Because even if you didn't do it intentionally, any reference to the Woven Beehive Basket of Sexual Harassment makes me cackle out loud.

And the rest of it is so lovely, it just makes me feel oddly content.

Her hair is illogical. It makes me want to write a ficlet from Spock's point of view. Every time she enters the bridge to get the captain to sign something, he is distracted by trying to figure out how her hair can be possible.

And of course I freaking missed this when it was actually posted. I'm bad, I know, I kind of suck with that part of the fic reading aspect. But I'm very happy that I thought to check today. I'm not a fan of Spock/Uhura in any universe, it seems, but the rest of the relationships in the story, and how you write the other characters more than makes up for it. I'm still enjoying it.
