A week ago I was in the Cornstalk bookshop looking for some second-hand copies of my Uni books, and found two copies of Ride on Stranger, an Australian novel by Kylie Tennant. One was a nice old hard cover copy, printed in 1943 (it even has a name and date of it's owner from 1944), for $8 and a modern paperback copy for $3. I was flicking through ( Read more... )
