For the next 2 weekends I will be Stage Managing Aladdin in Cwmbran. Hoping that I won't mess anything up as all (well most) of the performers have worked really hard during and in between the rehearsals. I am now back from an amazing 25 day holiday in Australia. I visited loads of amazing, beautiful and very remote remote places. It is an incredible place!!!

I may elaborate more when I have slept, I didn't manage much on the flights back!

Yesterday I went to see the podiatrist to have a check up on my feet. Good news is that they are fixed and I don't need to wear my insoles any more :) Even better my knees and hips have stopped hurting when I walk any distance and I am generally falling over my feet a lot less.

Onwards and upwards to a more active lifestyle :)

I was told yesterday that I was fat and needed to do more exercise (which is true) but rather hurtful at the same time. Decided after sulking that going to dance class counted as exercise, as does spending the day stood up when I'm used to sitting in front of a computer all day.

I am currently sat at home waiting for the Virgin Media person to come and fix my phone line. I thought about tidying whilst waiting but the internet is more interesting.

The M4 is full of stupid people, especially late on a Saturday night when it is raining lots! I never realised that driving required a vast amount of intelligence, or are there people out there who go out of their way to cause accidents ( Read more... )

I am planning on going to watch Salsa Celtica next month at Barry Memorial Hall (some where south west of Cardiff). They are an amazing band who I have seen once before when I was living up in Barrow-in-Furness and thought, after listening to them most of last week, that it would be pretty cool to go and watch them again ( Read more... )
