I keep having WEIRD dreams
I asked my acupuncturist, Johanna, if the acupuncture or the herbs she prescribed me could be causing the dreams. Ever since I started acupuncture I've had a lot more weird, vivid dreams. They're not scary, just odd.

I just deleted 3 game apps from my iPad that I’ve been playing excessively for the last two weeks (maybe longer). They’re not a productive use of time and just make me frustrated. Yesterday marked a month since I have been in my school building due to the shutdowns with Covid-19. A bunch of teachers in my school submitted short video messages to our students, and they were edited together and shared with the school community.

My Accupuncturist needled some different points on me today. It did not have the relaxing effect that it usually does. Normally I fall asleep/go into a super relaxed state. Not today! Getting Cooler
Our central air is still being used because I like the house somewhat cool still. So, I got up to take my shower before work and noticed on the thermostat that it is 69 degrees in the house, which is cooler than even I like it.
