I was really surprised Bernie made number one. I'm not really sure why I didn't expect it at all. Was very excited when we got to the top 3 and Catch My Disease hadn't been played yet. Number 2 is great though.

Kim/Rachel is going to be so much fun. Only thing is I'm worried already about how they might not last =(

We were counting down and I was all, "Okay, I'm going for top 10...Okay, if we beat last year's position, that'd be good..." and then we got to Wolfmother at #6 and I almost fell over in shock because I was all, "Top 5!" We pretty much knew what songs were to come but when it got to the last 2, I was going for Ben and my sister was going for Bernard and it was all very exciting. I still claim it was her vote that made Ben lose. *g*]

Missy did very well, too, with 3 out of her 4 elligble songs making it, especially since a song from the same album came 2nd last year.

I'm liking Rachel too. I'm not that keen on Kim and Rachel hooking up (yeah, I'm washing my mouth out with soap right now *g*), but it was so nice to see her make Kim smile.

I've always liked Kim with a Mary-Sue older woman so Rachel gets my stamp of approval...plus I'm a sucker for the illicit affair thing. And crinkle-smile! She gets points for making Kim crinkle-smile.

*is not thinking about the return of Zoe just yet*
