Home and Away. OMG I love her!
I love Morning!Rachel in her PJs and fuzzy slippers with her hair all wild and curly. I love her nervousness at starting the new job. I love that she had an advice column in her high school newspaper (and used this to get a girl to break up with a guy she liked *g*). I love Rachel walking on the beach and spotting Kim and not recognising him "standing upright"! I love her reaction to Leah's not-so-gentle reminder that he's 19. "It's always the way, isn't it? They're either too young...or gay." Hee, sometimes both! I love her smile and her laugh and the way whe enunciates certain words. I love the way she sat in her office for the first time, and the way Kim completely threw her off balance when he entered the room.
And Kim does the eye-crinkle smile when he looks at her! They're sparking off each other already and this is the first time we've seen them both fully conscious in the same room. And the first question he asks her is, "Do you have kids?" DUDE! That's Kim's way of telling us he's attracted to her.
Oh yeah, this is gonna be fun.

Drawn Together - Terms of Endearment. I just realised something - this show can have an episode centred on one crass Christopher Reeve joke and yet still be less offensive to the Superman mythos than our current Smallville.
I'm going to have to post clips when I get time because, hee, good Superman references in this one and the wheelchair stuff was not as bad as I thought it would be (they cut out the horse-riding stuff) and like the brilliant South Park, it has a way of using its shock-humour to make a very valid point.
And somebody needs to show this episode to our Clark because maybe *then* he'll learn that giving up your powers is not the answer.
Also, there's cross-dressing and Xandir/Hero moments and people made entirely of boobies. Can't do better than that.

Veronica Mars - Donut Run.
Wow, so much happened/was mentioned in this ep, I'll have to watch again. Enjoyed Logan and Veronica...and Logan and Weevil. Vinnie! I love the way this show brings back characters like the dealer kid. Dick is so *Dick* and hee, not very complicated at all which actually makes him more interesting in this universe. Emo!Veronica was kinda cute, but Backup and Wallace trying to get her out of her funk was even cuter.
But Keith! He *broke my heart* when Veronica broke his. And, see, I get that Veronica uses people. A lot. And she always has a way of justifying it to herself and usually me but there is no way she can ever be excused for playing Keith, especially considering he covered her ass with the diapers afterwards but not, like, literally.
Got the TWOP and Lost shoutouts. Just don't go overboard on the cute, okay? And so *that's* what the fortune cookie said. Although, dude, cursed freakin' numbers does not bode well for their relationship at all. Heh.
And why'd they go and complicate Wallace, huh? Poor baby.
I fear for Weevil's life now after the last dude went missing. Meep.

Hottest 100. Well, Ben came 2nd with 'Catch My Disease' which is a very, very good result (and he also got two other songs in the 100). I figured Wolfmother or Franz Ferdinand would take out the big one anyway, and the fact that Wolfmother came 6th (and 5 other places with different songs, of course) and the Franz came in at *10* shocked me a little. Having it come down to Ben and Bernard Fanning (after the whole feud thing) was kinda neat. And Ben was so cute in his interview. I heart him. Five of my top 10 made the countdown, and I got 2nd place in our comp. I would've won if it hadn't been for Bernard. Heh.

And now I have to lay low until after the weekend when I can see the new Smallville ep. Wow, 100 episodes. We've come so far, it'd be a shame to drop out now, so I hope they can pull out something good in this one. *clings to show*
