I'm very happy Chris got through on Australian Idol last night because I like him and he went to my local high school and I think I might actually listen to him. Also happy that Tarni got through because she sang Guns 'n Roses and hey, she deserves props for that

Okay... I think now is the time to tell you...

My sister has met MiG multiple times. When he was starring in We Will Rock You in London she met him after the shows. He was really friendly and he recognized her whenever she was there.

At the moment she is pissed that this show is not being shown on normal TV but she has been watching clips from the website. She is going to love those icons Dingo!

Eeeeeeeeeeee! I'm so glad to hear that he's really a nice, friendly guy and it's not an act for the show.

And it's not on normal TV over there, either? That really does suck because it's not much better than all those slick Idol shows and stuff and deserves a wider audience. Still, they seem to be pretty good with the clips and recaps and they sell the mp3s on the site, too.

But, man, I'd be pissed if I missed out on the slashy show because it's gooood. *g*

I've found torrents of the show. I am planning on downloading some of them for her soon so she can watch it.

Speaking of torrents. Where do you usually get yours from? Are they from a website?

Oh good, I didn't think of torrents.

And I usually try something like mininova.org or isohunt.com to search for them. It's getting more and more difficult as the PTB shut everyone down.

Is it only on Foxtel? It sounds like a show I'd really enjoy. That really is the guy from The Ferals!

Idol hasn't grabbed me yet either. I can't even remember which one Chris is!

Yeah, it's on Fox8 during the week as the episodes air, then they air all 3 eps together on Saturday nights (which is when I can watch, but it's too late to vote by then) and MusicMax repeats the performance show on Sundays.

I have no idea why free-to-air didn't pick it up but I guess only Ch10 would've been interested and they had Idol to schedule during that time.

Hee. It's a little weird at first. Also, my mum used to crush on him when he played Ritchie Valens in the Buddy Holly stage musical and peformed on Kerry-Ann midday shows and stuff way back when. So, yeah, I had some stuff to get through before I could see all the sexy in him. *g*

Oh, and Chris is the guy with the curly hair - the really good singer who chose a Jesse McCartney song for some bizarre reason yet did an okay job with it.

*giggle* I totally freaked on of my friends out while we were watching ads for this show on Fox... She was like "Hmm, he (MiG) looks familiar" & I'm a like "*giggle* Miguel from Feral TV darling" & then she went "OMG! He's SO HOT" & it disintergrated from there *giggle* I'm pretty PO'ed that it's not coming to normal TV *pout*

*claps* Yay for Chris getting through... I'm keeping my fingers crossed & praying to any God who'll listen that Nat from Innisfail gets through *crosses fingers & chants*

It so sucks that it's not on free-to-air because, hey, it's not like they can pick up a 2nd season or someting. Once INXS have their lead singer, that's it.

TV execs REALLY need to start buying clues!!! *shakes head* The can good shows half way through a season, only commission on season in total of others then allow complete drec to continue ad nausem until even the actors in it can't bare to watch it *snarl* I'm SO getting a job in a TV studio so I can bash some sense into these people.
