Just got back from Copley Symphony Hall, where the San Diego Symphony performed Gustav Mahler's Symphony No. 2 in C Minor.  This is the first time they have done this piece since their 1990-91 season...  More on this later.

Simply put, new horn is awesome.  Been practicing First Suite on it, and am actually getting pretty good.

This week...  eh.  Got a 3+ on practice AP English, which should have been a 4, but she took off points for the omitted questions.

Other than that, life sucked today, then continued to fluxuate between good and horrible. 

Checked the online tracking service for UPS tonight and....

My brand new Conn CONNstellation 8D Horn in F/Bb is coming tomorrow!!!  It's currently up in "Vernon, CA, US," having arrived there at "1:20 PM Nov. 1, 2005" for its "Arrival Scan," but it should be here tomorrow!  I'm "psyched," if that's actually a word.

Pep rally today was fun again because I'm actually doing something I enjoy there - playing trumpet for the pep band.
