So. Went back to work today - I didn't think I was quite ready, but needed money. I was amazed at how many people asked where I'd been, and how I was doing. I couldn't believe it.... Everyone tries to kind of stay at arms length with everyone, and yet I totally was feeling the love. I couldn't believe it, I had no idea how many people cared about

Yeah, I'm keeping on all right, and moving forward. I'm feeling really good lately, it's nice because everything can start progressing again. I'm not struggling to catch up, I'm confident that I CAN now, and then I can start getting ahead again.

Here's hoping you'll find your way in life. *crosses fingers* I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, and somehow, your experiences lately kinda proves my point, ya know? I mean, nobody would think having to do jail time is a Good Thing, but look how it changed you for the better, how it made you think about where you are and where you want to be, and how to change stuff etc. So who knows, but I'd say this happened for a reason, right? You definitely seem happier and more content now, after all, and that's cause for celebration! (And yes, that includes a couple beers! *g*)

But ya know what else? It's always awesome to have people in your corner, standing behind you and backing you up. But the thing is...when you got people standing behind ya, they're in the perfect position to kick your ass if you screw up. *eg* That, btw, is also a Very Good Thing! So I hope the peeps are gonna do exactly that, if needed. And I hope even more that it won't be needed in the first place! :D

Plus, let's not forget that it's really awesome to have people backing you up that don't want to let down in the first place, because you KNOW they have your back.

I gotta admit, I've got a lot more motivation to move forward now. I actually want to, now. So really it's just an issue of accomplishing those things now.

Yeah, and each day is getting easier, because I'm getting used to being back out, and I have things to do.... My dad hasn't really said anything about it, but he comes home and I've done things like clean up or take care of something he'd asked me to do; simple little things that I took care of the first time he asked me to do it. I can tell he can see some of the changes now.

Every day, I readapt a little more.
