Reckless Driving better than DUI, but not by much.

So, without a lawyer, I got my DUI from last November (in which I blew a .02) and my Minor in Possession merged together and knocked down to a lesser charge, Reckless Driving. 1. sucks!
2. from my experience, testing is up to the probation officer, and they're often lazy. i, for instance, literally was never tested.
3. good thing you didn't get caught in az--laws here are some buuuullllshit.

Yeah. And he never actually said that I'd be tested, but I figure I'll play it safe until I know for sure. ;)
