Reckless Driving better than DUI, but not by much.

So, without a lawyer, I got my DUI from last November (in which I blew a .02) and my Minor in Possession merged together and knocked down to a lesser charge, Reckless Driving. The results of pleading nolo contendere to reckless driving are: Six months probation, an $1,800 fine (which includes all probation costs, was $1000 fine), completion of a DUI Risk Reduction class (which I did prior to my court date. That shit was 20 hours.), must complete a Clinical Evaluation and any treatment they may recommend (which will be none), and 40 hours of community service. Now, it also says I have to pay and complete for an alcohol and drugs evaluation, but I'm not sure if that's the same as the clinical evaluation or not. Ohhh, and I have to abstain from alcohol and drugs for the duration of my probation. Which I'm not positive they'll actually test me for, but to play it safe because I thought jail was super lame, I smoked my last bowl for a while the day before yesterday. I only have reporting probation for as long as it takes me to complete everything, but since I'm paying my fine through probation, that could take a while. I do not have a money tree, but I'm paying that shit off as fast as I can. That all sucks and all, but the thing I cared the most about was my license. And I have all of the paperwork to get it reinstated, I just won't have the money for it until next weekend. aksjdhkjhasdjkhasd.

That is all. Don't drink and drive, kids.
