even if it was "just sporting lisbon," I doubt a team wants that scoreline. how embarrassing is that?

it was definitely embarrassing for sporting - i felt bad for them, especially when the poor guy scored an own goal - the last thing they needed!

but i am happy because i don't think ANYONE (outside of germany) thought bayern would do well at all. when they do the espn previews of matches, they rarely, if ever, talk about the bayern CL matches, which infuriates me. i'm sure everyone expected this kind of result from barcelona, not bayern.

espn won't talk about them much until they get the name recognition of liverpool, celtic, or rm.

Now I'm even more pissed I wasn't able to watch that game. Must have been lots of fun to watch :/
And Lukas' goals will hopefully help him rebuild his self-confidence on the pitch ♥
