Box Houses

The other day I felt like cutting down on my very long 'to-makeover' list in BDC, so I did some work on two little houses in the tech section of the Cove. I had three goals for both houses: 1) keep the original feel, 2) avoid custom content, and 3) turn them into starter houses. Because really, who wants to pay more than 20,000 simoleons for a box

Love Tech Terrace! It was so.... boxy. Not even the inside had any sort of shape to it! So much better!!

Haha, well they're both still pretty boxy, hence the title, but they're both more manageable boxes now. ;) Glad you like them!

These are gorgeous! So, so much better than the originals. I love the walls in Desmond Drive's master bedroom, and the new balcony on Tech Terrace! Any idea who's going to live there?

Thanks! :) The bedroom walls were actually the same in the original. Those EAxis house creators can have some good ideas sometimes! I didn't build either with any particular sim in mind, but I'll have some college grads in need of a new home soon. :)
