Box Houses
The other day I felt like cutting down on my very long 'to-makeover' list in BDC, so I did some work on two little houses in the tech section of the Cove. I had three goals for both houses: 1) keep the original feel, 2) avoid custom content, and 3) turn them into starter houses. Because really, who wants to pay more than 20,000 simoleons for a box house?

No, there is nothing exciting about this room, but the blue and purple walls was in the original and I liked it, so I kept it. :)

Although not directly pictured, obviously the neon flamingo had to stay. :P
And that's it! Just in case you have any need for modernish box houses in your neighbourhood, I put them up for download (look at me, thinking ahead :P).

EDIT: As of August 2014 I have noticed the super duper hug bug in my game. I don't know how long it has been there, but there is a chance this lot is infected with it too. It will NOT harm your game, but it can be annoying. You can learn more about the bug here and download a mod to hide its behaviour (but not remove it completely) here. Because I don't want to risk infecting anyone, I have removed the download link, but feel free to copy the floorplans if you want to recreate the lot yourself. If you run into any problems, just shoot me an ask. I'm always happy to help.
