So, I've been in Egypt for the past few days, and there's quite the contrast between home and here. I mean, it's a lot hotter, for one, but it's definitely a change in pace. Or something.
Dad says that Gaz and I are going home on Wednesday, so I suppose I have some more time to get used to this.

You weren't supposed to see that Well, to be honest, I think aliens would actually improve this trip; at least it'd give me something to do. With Zim, I can't really defend Earth from him when I'm more than 5000 miles away.

Alcaid, Alioth, Megrez, Mizar, Merath... Algol, the ghoul star; Dubhe, the tail.... I would not be surprised, come to think of it, if there were enough otherworldly legends in this country to satisfy the most avid historian.

*mock severity* I should think my track record in that regard has made my inclinations quite clear by now.

Okay, you got me there. I didn't know all of that but, then again, astronomy and history are not my fortes.

I suppose that's true, but I just wanted to ask; my paranoia always leads me to double check things. In this case, it's especially so, since it's about my dad and Marik.

Geez, how many people can read this? To be honest, I don't think my dad would notice; I could drop off of the face of the earth for years, come back, and he'd ask if look different because I got a haircut.
