The Rx for vitamin D is 30 gelcaps of 50,000 IU vit. D EACH.

I'd have to take all 100 of the storebought 400 IU caps, and more, to equal ONE Rx capsule.

Wow!!! (And the gelcaps are really small, like a regular vitamin E cap, but colored black.)
