Last night I went to the gym again, just did the treadmill this time. Have increased the "jog 1 walk 1" to 12 minutes, the plan is to up that by 2 minutes each time until ... something. I'm not sure what the plan is after that. Still, go me!
I went to the gym this evening, after a 6-day gap. Which is less than the 2-week gap prior to the last time, but still more of a gap than there should be.
I did 30 minutes of brisk uphill walking on the treadmill. At the end of that I was bored and still had some energy, so I tried ACTUALLY JOGGING. Not very fast. For about a minute and a half. It nearly killed me...
Went to the gym, yay. 3 people in the entire gym and they were ALL hogging the good cross trainers, boo. So I did 30 minutes on the treadmill instead. That'll teach 'em
