08: Hunting
The cat crept across the kitchen floor. Silent. Deadly. His prey stood no chance.
Suddenly, he leapt! Dove at the monster in the corner. And caught it, crunching down on it.
Tina watched with a horrified fascination as her transmogrified husband devoured a cricket.
"Baby, you are not ever kissing me again," she informed him.
Robert looked over his shoulder, eyes wide and startled, and meowed sullenly. A bit of cricket clung to his whisker.
"Never. Again."
He widened his eyes and gazed at her with the utmost sincerety.
"Nuh-uh. Not happening. Kiss your cricket. And change back before the neighbors think I’ve killed you."
