I made a new food today, egg cheese, it is traditional in some parts of Sweden, you heat a large amount of milk, some sour cream and some eggs until it separates, then let it sit and then layer it with sugar in a colander, I will be serving it tomorrow with fruit salad made with mangos and pineapple for our new year dessert.
