OMG, me too! It bothers me so much that people have so little concern for other people's possessions. I also hate when I give DVDs to people and I get 'em back and the case won't even freaking shut because they messed it up somehow. GRR.

I do the same thing! I am still mad about lending my sister my copy The Shopaholic series that was 3 books in one- and she lost it! That was over 2 yrs ago and she is still making up for it! Books are like treasure for me! I am very proud of my collection- although I don't think it would mean much to anyone else. :)

I've already picked out my future dogs too!! A german shepherd named Beauregard and a chihuahua named Clementine. I seriously can't wait until I can get a house!

Mee too! My dad always used to ask my why I didn't just go to the library instead of buying and spending so much money on books - I just love OWNING books. I love having them fill my bookshelves. I love having them there to read again and again and recommend out (though not so much lend out, obvs lol).

Hee, this is why you're both on my flist - I have future names of my dogs too! German Shepherd called Freja, and another GS (or Belgian Shepherd) called Ripley. And I'm going to adopt retired greyhounds!

Ok, so first of all, a *hug* for yesterday's emoness. Don't feel bad about being all emo in your own journal - it is your own journal, so you can do whatever the hell you want in it. Besides, being emo isn't always all that bad - just look at how hot Logan/JD is when he does it. ;)

As for the meme :
1 - WORD. God, I used to HATE it in high school when people took my notes to copy them and gave them back to me all wrinkled and with those little dog-ears and such. I'm really anal about that stuff as well, and I rarely ever lend my books. Just can't stand it.
3 - a guy leaning is seriously one of the hottest things ever.
4 - hehe, may I ask which one?
6 - Oh, I love Belle. I've always loved Ariel a bit more, but Belle is a very close second.

As for which ship/soap, it was Lucy/Dusty (Lusty) from As the World Turns, back in 2004. They were like lightening captured in a bottle. They were hot and awesome and didn't last very long, but while they did it was incredible. And then I stopped watching lol.

Quite understandable. I don't like spamming my flist with my emo either, which is why I usually keep it to a minimum. But there's nothing wrong in doing it every once in awhile, can be bit therapeutic. So in case you were wondering, even though I looooove your snark, you have my permission to spam with some emo every now and then. ;)

Ahh, I've heard of that show, but it's never been aired here. I'm ashamed to admit that I was once kinda obsessed with The Bold and the Beautiful. Thankfully, that time has long passed and I've moved on to other stuff, stuff that don't have a gazillion episodes and still counting. :P

i'm the same way with my books. in 3rd grade i let one of my friends borrow my book after i only read it once, so it was practically new. and when i got it back it was practically torn to shreds. i didn't talk to her after that. that was probably a little harsh on my side, but still she ruined my property.

Lucky for me (and you guys on teh flist as well), the emo has seemed to have passed. Thank god. So I don't think you'll be seeing any more :(((( posts on my journal for a while. They're just so damn depressing.

I've never seen AMC, but yeah - yay for soap ships! Its still something from my past that I don't like to bring up very often lol
