My video stayed on for the whole episode so if there's anything you're unsure about, i'll fill you in. Just let me know.
Richard did say that the fence couldn't keep them out. And that even though Dharma didn't kill his people, they were still dead and he needed some kind of trade for it so that's why Amy gave them Paul's body.
i'm wondering if Amy is the "missus" Horace referred to when Locke saw him cutting down trees in Season 4.
I also thought Daniel seeing a very young Charlotte walk past him was very sweet. And even sweeter that she smiled and waved at him.
Thanks for the help on this. I saw the pictures of the young Charlotte this morning. As for Richard...
The Egyptian theories are starting to come extra thick now. Many people think the statue is a statue of Anibus, one of the key figures in Egyptian mythology, especially when dealing with the dead. People have said the back of the statue looks very similar to the backs of other Anibus statues known (Anibus is the half man/half jackyl). Statues of Anibus have also featured him having four toes as it being the hind legs of a dog-like animal. The fact that Amy's husband had an Ankh necklace is another MAJOR reference to Egypt to go along with Hurley's drawings, the hieroglyphics, and Alpert's "eyeliner. The fact we were reintroduced to Horace (Pronounced just like the Egyptian god Horus) also adds credibility to the theory.
Tying it to ancient Egypt would make since with the Tunisian connection to the island. I don't know exactly what they'll do it with, but they've been beating it upside our heads here recently.
