1st Warp Pipe: Arrival
Characters: Mario and anyone who comes by
What: Mario arrives in the city.
Where: Harbor? If not, bus station? (I'll edit if that's the case)

A boat slowly creeps up to the harbor before coming to a stop to let off all the passengers and what not. They mostly consisted of your regular Mushroom Kingdom civilians. Such as Goombas, Koopas, all the as's. Anyway Mario walks off the boat along with the rest of the civilians, except he is looking down at the map of the city. He was actually trying to see if he could get to the Starbeanm Cafe. He'sheard some good things about it. Feel free to notice/bother him
