LJ Client Programs?

I remember, when I first joined LJ, the FAQ or welcoming message or whatever recommended that you use a client program to access the site, rather than just browsing to it... but I think that the link was broken or something, so I never bothered to track it down and check it out

Sometimes I use Semagic when posting fic to my other journal.

I always use Semagic when making shortcuts or links. It works pretty good.

That is the only one I have any experience with.
