Hahaha, I agree with you completely, there! I adore Hodges and Ecklie, and Snape of course. Ecklie is one of my favorite characters to write because he's minor enough that I get to play around with his backstory. (I have him claimed at csi50.) And I just enjoy writing him, because he really isn't, in my opinion, that bad of a guy. (Haha, as evident by the huge fic I once wrote about him.)

Snape, as they say here, is love. So is Hodges *mindshags Hodges rotten*, and Ecklie's really growing on me, even if he can be a bit of an asshole at times (not that I should open my mouth about that, heh). Seeing as I've a thing for Smith as well, maybe that means I've a thing for (slightly) mean, (misunderstood) tall men with suits.. Like I didn't already know that..

Which huge fic did you write about Ecklie? I do agree about him being minor enough to have virtually no canon background (besides him being divorced). And he's not a bad man, he's just misunderstood! (that there's my second most used phrase, only beaten by "I don't care if the two hot,(naked) men in that picture are touching/kissing - there are two hot, (naked) men in that picture!")

Good fic merits kind words : )

I love Snape as well. I have a thing for asshole characters who, while they are assholes, are still good.

I wrote a fic called 'The World vs. Conrad Ecklie' wherein I paired him with an OMC. I'm planning to write two sequels to it; hopefully, I can accomplish this sometime before I'm thirty.
