A quick glance through my LJ calendar reveals that I have a tendency to go months on end without saying much of anything, and post frenetically for about two weeks. If you start repeating the training menus they put you through right away, I'm sure you'll remember them. But big water bottles are good, no matter what!

(I hope your eyes are okay, btw -- that sounds like it might be serious!)

Me, too. Justin got me this great Wheel of Hypochondria, where you point the arrow at any minor symptom, and it gives you the worst-case scenario (as well as what it most likely is).

Hey, at least you know "puce" is in the red bit of the spectrum, not the "chartreuse" family as 97% of the rest of humanity (straight or gay, colonian or post-, pink or brown) mistakenly believes! And on the whole, I think puce is a marginally less shocking color for the usually no-coloured bits of the eye to be than chartreuse (which would seem to imply optical gangrene, or something similarly dreadful).
