As I can now untwist the bottle of Coke without wincing and shift around in bed without gasping, I'm convinced I'm going to live.

I either have angina or a very localized pulled muscle in my back. If you don't hear from me within 48 hours, things are probably pretty normal; it's not like I update all that much anyway.
