They could hide all kinds of weapons in those outfits too, and they think it's perfectly fine to walk right up to strangers and start fucking around! How can that be considered "harmless!"

And trust me, nobody's blood donation goes to waste. And that idiot should have been fine even running around like that, it's a rare complication. Bedrest helps prevent it, but there aren't a lot of people around here that enjoy bedrest.
