More than one thing happened. Some asshole is out fucking up Reevers for kicks, the Noah Daisya attacks already put a dent in the supply, and now we have a smartass with a "liver-lac" who's bleeding so fast they have trouble keeping up.

One of the doctors explained it to me. "ABO-type" is not the only crap in the blood that matters. It's just the one that will kill you fastest if you fuck it up. It's safest to give Reever's blood to Reever, but they can use some other people's in an emergency. We have a shitload of frozen Nurse-Miranda blood that's supposed to work for anyone, if they have to use it...

It's a few different things. Noah Daisya fucked up a lot of people and that wore out a lot of the blood supply. There's been a Reever-hunting psycho prowling the place and that made things worse.

Now we've got an idiot who's trying to bleed out from a "liver lac." That's the rest of the Reever-blood supply gone in an hour...
