There's a different sort of Noah just leaning against the hallway wall, arms crossed over his chest and eyes closed. Of course he's held in place by the mistletoe but he's not fighting it, complaining or letting it bother him. Once he noted his ability wouldn't free him, he resigned himself to his fate.
Perhaps the plant would just get bored of the man's calm attitude and free him on its own. If not, well, he could stand here for ages.]
[Something tells Cross it won't burn properly. Just a little suspicion he's picked up on, no real reason at all. Nope. Cross doesn't let go of or set the smaller down once he spoke up, perfectly fine with holding Gabriel for now. He might even keep the angel from getting snatched up again if he keeps hold of him.]
[It probably wouldn't. Resilient thing that it is. Almost like a cockroach. :|a
Gabriel doesn't fight to be let down either though he does raise an eyebrow at Cross when he doesn't do so. He just figures the other is trying to do a parting-gesture in another way.]
[What will survive the end of the world? Cockroaches, the Earl and this damned mistletoe.
Cross just stands there, holding the angel in his arms as if it were nothing strange and they did this sort of thing all the time. No. Not a parting gesture thing. He still intends that to be food.]
No. I just don't trust that plant.
[And with that, the Noah walks away from where they had been captured, still holding the angel in his arms as he phases through a wall to get to a lounge.]
[Just a matter of getting Gabriel to eat it, mm? Still so determined to say good-bye.
Gabriel suppresses a shudder as they're phased through the wall. It's an unpleasant feeling to him, a lurking danger. So the grip on Cross tightens a little bit.]
[So far leaving snacks and other cooked things in the angel's room wasn't working. One might think Gabriel wanted to stay around Cross.
The man's gotten so used to the feeling over the years that it's just like breathing to him. When the grip tightens, the Noah looks down to the man in his arms.]
Says the one who was caught and hung upside down...
[The angel looks around the room that they've been set in, curious. And is caught off guard again by the kiss, blinking and looking down at Cross now in the booth.]
[The fact he had caught Gabe off guard again was rather interesting. Cross just tucked that little note away in the back of his mind for later, motioning to the bench across from him for the smaller to sit.]
A lounge. I had wanted a drink... And that's when the plant got me.

Grumbles.] It caught me off guard.

Whatever you say, angel.
[There's a bit of a smirk before the man leans down, kissing the smaller quickly before going to sit down.]

I am surprised you didn't have the liquor in your room.

I do... But I do like to get out and about once in a while.

[He gave a small laugh before leaving his seat to get them each some wine, returning a moment later.]
I should feel honoured with how often you've graced my presence, angel.
